Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Sol Ortega has become one of the few Latin American artists to carve out a strong presence on the global electronic music scene. Her unique sets — skillfully moving along the border between House and Techno — quickly gained traction in Argentina.

After an important stage contributing to the Detroit Classic Gallery project — where she gained significant recognition, including a strong YouTube presence — she began organizing her own events in Buenos Aires, deepening her impact on the local scene. Her studio work mirrors her approach as a DJ: one step at a time, with unwavering consistency. Early releases on Rhythm Nation and Unitas Multiplex laid the groundwork, while 2023 marked a milestone with her standout release on CROWD, followed by contributions to the Hardproof series on IMF, SEVEN, RAW. Her latest EP 'Auguria', released on Mitsubasa, gained support from big artists around the world.
